An interesting concept of moving Sushi on boats. In these restaurants there are literally sushi traveling on boats in water. Tables are arranged in a certain way to contain waterbody. In out design we created on single table where sushi can come and go back to kitchen continuously
Restaurant designs are always challenging because there is a great challenge in deciding how many people you can put there and how many you should.
Orders will be placed in iPad. You will be able to sit in different seating formations like family or bar style
