Apartment Interior Design and Detail Drawings

Interior Design development of an Apartment at Chisty's Yacht by Shanta Holdings in Dhanmondi.

Area: around 2200 SFT Formal Living, Family Living, Three Bedrooms, Three bath and one Powder room. Pretty small Kitchen with Maid room and ample lighting-ventilations. Another key thing was an open terrace

The theme was to develop a design which is luxury yet modern. We did have to go for several revisions for each space to figure out what suits best. Left is the formal living with different type of things we did. We did more actually. The golden color and warm lighting was used for luxury feeling. Other things were kept modern and casual. Furniture were mostly imported and non-handmade to avoid the circumstances of not having proper finishing and quality standard.
